Tuna, Onion and Red Pepper Pie.
Inspired by Spanish Galician Empanadas, the onions and red peppers are slowly cooked in extra virgin olive oil, then we use this infused oil to make the dough for the pastry.
- Our Pies are ready to eat and can be enjoyed cold or hot.
- Heating instructions: We recommend doing it in a an oven. Pre-heat at 180°C / 350°F and place the pies in a baking tray for 20 minutes (times varies depending on oven used) until pipping hot throughout (82°C).
If at all possible, we don't recommend using an air-fryer as this can make the filling and pastry dry.
Our Pies can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days, or up to 3 months in the freezer. Please defrost throughly before re-heating.
